How are validators counted?
It is the number of UNL validators whose vote reached us in the last 6 hours. Votes arrive every 256 ledgers; a validator that was briefly offline may be missing until the next round. The 80% threshold is computed from this number.
Is the date final?
No. It is the earliest date if current support holds.
Recommended validators
35 on Ripple’s recommended list (); 29 declare an operator domain in their signed manifest.
Universities, companies and independent operators; only one is Ripple’s own. We alert when the list changes (revision 85). Valid until April 6, 2027.
